The house was renovated on the basis of stone masonry dating from the 19th century. The thickness of the interior walls was preserved with the aim of keeping all charm at the house. A contiguous part, which was formerly used as baker's oven, became the dining-room, above which a terrace is. The detail of the rooms : Ground floor: - 1 room being used as laundry, with connections washing machines , - 1 cellar made up of 2 rooms, equipped with a sink, - 1 workshop, (in which a cumulus of 300 liters for domestic hot water) - 1 court. First floor : - 1 kitchen equipped and furnished , - 1 dining-room, - 1 living-room with chimney, - 1 WC, - 1 bathroom with WC, Upstair to second floor. Second floor : - hall of release giving on the terrace , - 3 bedrooms, - 1 terrace. Domestic hot water by electric cumulus (300 liters), Electric heating by convectors, Gas for use of kitchen provided by bottles butane located in the workshop . The total surface of the livable part is approximately 92 m2, for which it is advisable to add the cellar, usable in kitchen of summer. The current laundry, profiting from an independent entry, can be transformed in studio independent for the periods of holidays.
The restoration of the house profited from a very great quality of services. All the floors are entirely made out of beams and hollow block. In the same way, the roof is it also made out of beams and hollow block, and covered with roofing stones, in accordance with the style of the area.
Masonry, electricity and plumbing were entirely carried out by professionals.

The house is directed vis-a-vis with the sea. It is served by a lane. On this image, one sees the principal entry (carries on the right in top of the staircases), on the first level the window of the kitchen, and with the top, the window of the #2 bedroom.

Side view, we have here, the window of the laundry, with the top, the window of the dining-room. In top, the terrace. One sees well here the round shape of the dining-room, which kept the original shape of the old baker's oven.

The back side of the house, side by which one reaches it if one arrives by car. The window, on the left, gives in the living-room. The stone wall of the contiguous masonry gives an idea of the design of the walls of the house. The coating of the frontages allowed the perfect insulation of the house.

KITCHEN: With a surface of ten square meters, it is entirely equipped with pieces of furniture in fair tinted solid oak. The equipment electric household appliances sold with the house are : - Plate 3 fires gas + 1 electric , - Extractor fan, - Programmable furnace "Sauter", - 1 embedded refigerator . 	The room was arranged in an old baker's oven, it's what gives him this particular geometry in the form of half-circle.


	The bathroom, roomy and very clear, is very pleasant, with its window offering a point of view on the sea. It is made up of a wash-hand basin, a bidet, a bath-tub, and a WC. They're of Poggi-Ginori mark. The 2nd WC is located under the staircases.
